Lymphatic Massage

Lymphatic massage is a profound technique to help increase lymph flow. Via massage, harmful substances are removed from the tissues and neutralized in the nodes.  Lymphatic massage can be applied to clients who are suffering from a lack of energy or a sluggish immune system. It can help clear the tissue of debris and reduce the minor edema that can occur after injury or surgery. Continued applications of lymphatic massage while the client is healing can help enhance the tissue regeneration process and can help reduce scarring by enhancing circulation and immunity.

Dry Brushing

The skin plays a vital role in ridding the body of toxins and impurities. Dry skin brushing is one of the best techniques to open up the pores of the skin, and to stimulate and detoxify the lymphatic system.  Relax and detox. $45

Craniosacral Therapy

CST is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the craniosacral system - comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. Using a soft touch generally no greater than 5 grams, or about the weight of a nickel, practitioners release restrictions in the craniosacral system to improve the functioning of the central nervous system. Read more about CST here.

By complementing the body's natural healing processes, CST is increasingly used as a preventive health measure for its ability to bolster resistance to disease, and is effective for a wide range of medical problems associated with pain and dysfunction, including:
